Dear 4th Grade Parents, Welcome to Fourth Grade! I am Mr. Clarence Jeffries and I am happy to be your child’s Science Teacher for the 2018-2019 school year at Kennesaw Charter Science & Math Academy (KCSMA). I pledge to keep your child safe and provide nurturing and guidance to help them succeed in 4th Grade Science.
I am excited about the opportunity to share my love for science with your child. We will investigate phenomena in the following areas: The Water Cycle Weather Factors The Night Sky Light Color Sound Simple Machines Laws of Motion Ecosystems
Your child will also be responsible for completing a Science Project for Quarter.
A little about me: My teaching career began in Clayton County in 2014 at Jonesboro Middle School teaching 8th Grade Math & Science. In 2015, I taught at Memorial Middle School in Rockdale County where I taught 8th grade STEM Research and 6th Grade Earth Science. I joined the KCSMA family last year to teach 4th Grade Math. This school year 2018-2019 as I begin my fifth year, I will be working with the Fourth Grade Team teaching Science.
